Located in Rapallo, this well-organized 35 m² studio accommodates up to 3 guests. It features a living area with a sofa bed and an additional folding bed in the hallway. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living and kitchen areas, convector heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. The bathroom has a window for natural light.
Outside, a private garden awaits, perfect for enjoying spring and summer evenings outdoors.
Events are not permitted on the property. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee, or you are welcome to bring your own.
The studio is 1.5 km from the sea and the historic center, both easily reachable on foot via a flat path. Public transport and a tennis court are a 15-minute walk away. The location offers convenient access to the highway and golf course. Portofino is about 30 minutes away by bus, Genoa about 40 minutes by train, Cinque Terre 1 hour by train, Chiavari 9 minutes by train, Pisa about 2 hours by train, Serravalle Outlet about 1 hour by car, and Camogli just 10 minutes by train.
