Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 242: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This modern, beachfront 2-room apartment 242 (approx. 30 m²), located on the 1st floor of Building C (no elevator) and fully renovated in 2026, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway—which features a large built-in closet, a dresser, and a wall mirror—you can easily access all the rooms in your apartment.

The bright and inviting living/dining room, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows (French balcony), includes a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 3 chairs, and a large display cabinet.

A flat-screen TV is available in the vacation rental for your entertainment. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), 2 separate and spacious wardrobes with mirrors, and 1 chair.

The sofa bed (80 cm x 200 cm) in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The modern bathroom features a low-entry glass shower, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.
You can store your jackets and shoes in the large closet in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.
A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and subject to the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee either in the parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage in the immediate vicinity of the apartment complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation accommodation.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the third person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / consecutive nights) are only possible after consulting our staff by phone.
