The cosy flat is comfortably furnished for up to four people. The entrance leads directly into the cloakroom and then into the kitchen. From here you can access all the rooms in the flat. In addition to the round dining area and the sofa bed (approx. 160x200cm), the comfortable living room offers many other amenities. There is an ethanol fireplace for cosy evenings by the fire, as well as entertainment electronics such as a 40" Full HD satellite TV, BluRay player and a HI-FI system. In the cupboards there are various board games, colouring books for the children, various literature and travel guides. From the living room you can also access the sunny wooden terrace and the small garden. The cosy bedroom has a comfortable 180x200cm bed and a large wardrobe for your luggage. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery for six people. A ceramic hob with four hobs, microwave with grill and a Senseo coffee machine for your morning coffee treat await you. Of course, there is also a toaster and kettle. An electric barbecue is available for summer barbecues. The flat also has Wi-Fi, a bicycle stand next to the terrace, smoke detector, air purifier with Hepa14 filter, hand sanitiser dispenser, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. The flat was completely renovated in 2018. The electrics, water supply, floors, interior doors, exterior doors and windows as well as the entire furnishings were renewed and the entire flat is constantly maintained. The flat is located on the ground floor and is accessed via its own outside entrance.
