This vacation rental offers a prime location—both central and right next to the beach. Just 50 meters away, you’ll find the town center with its many cozy cafés, bars, restaurants, shopping options, and the kilometer-long sandy beach.
Grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices are also within easy walking distance.
This vacation apartment in Timmendorfer Strand offers an ideal base for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. A car is not absolutely necessary, as everything is within easy walking distance.

The modern, bright, and welcoming one-room apartment No. 13 "Seepferdchen" is located on the 2nd floor and offers 25 square meters of space for up to 2 people.
Make yourself at home in the brightly lit, inviting living area, which features a modern couch, a flat-screen TV with MagentaTV, and a dining area.
The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and features a 2-burner induction cooktop, a Nespresso capsule machine, a toaster, and a refrigerator (without a freezer).
At the small counter with bar stools, the two of you can relax and enjoy your first coffee of the morning while taking in the view through the large windows.
The combined living and sleeping area features a multifunctional bed (160x200 cm) that can be used as a couch during the day and pulled out at night. Curtains provide sun protection and ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet.
On the southwest-facing balcony, you can soak up plenty of sun, relax, and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

An outdoor parking space is available to you during your stay. Bicycles can be parked in the shared bike racks (space not guaranteed). The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi access. There is no elevator in the building.
This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
Basic supplies are provided for your stay, consisting of one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (no dish towel), and four dishwasher tablets (if a dishwasher is provided).
