The “Maximilian” vacation apartment is located in the district of Garmisch, right at the foot of the Kramer, ideal for those who want to combine nature and short distances. A leisurely 15-minute walk along the Loisach river takes you to the town center with its pedestrian zone, cafés, restaurants, and shopping facilities. A bus stop with connections to public transport is only about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. This allows you to enjoy both peaceful, nature-oriented living and convenient access to the lively town center.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and welcomes you with a spacious entrance area, where a coat rack and a large wardrobe offer plenty of space for jackets, shoes, and luggage. A practical guest toilet is located directly in the entrance area, from which the bright living and dining area, the two bedrooms, and the bathroom are accessible.

The living and dining area is generously proportioned and flooded with light thanks to the wide window front – perfect for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. A comfortable couch area with TV and reading chair invites you to relax, while the dining table offers enough space for shared meals or game nights. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped – including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the most important kitchen utensils – and is complemented by a small counter with bar stools, where you can end the day comfortably with a glass of wine.

The two bedrooms offer pleasant retreats for restful sleep. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has a large single bed; a small writing desk is ideal as a workspace for your laptop if you need to get some work done during your vacation. Both rooms have their own TVs, so everyone can retreat as they wish.

The bathroom with natural light completes the comfort. It is equipped with double sinks, a walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet and offers plenty of space for your daily morning and evening routine – even during longer stays.

A special highlight of the “Maximilian” vacation apartment is the wraparound balcony facing south, west, and north. The spacious south side offers plenty of space for sunbathing, reading, and relaxing, and opens up an impressive view of the Alpspitze and Zugspitze massif. The balcony runs as a narrower wraparound balcony along the facade and is accessible from both the living room and both bedrooms. This gives you different views of the mountains at any time of day and several direct routes to the outdoors.

The apartment has its own parking space in the underground garage, which is easily accessible by elevator—particularly convenient when arriving with lots of luggage or in winter. In the communal laundry room in the basement, you have your own washing machine at your disposal, which is very practical for longer stays or an active vacation with hiking, skiing, and excursions.
