The "Flow" holiday apartment enjoys a prime location directly on the seafront in the Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz. Its orientation affords beautiful views of the water and surrounding landscape from many areas of the apartment. Situated on the first floor, the apartment spans two levels, creating an open and light-filled living space. The shoreline is just a short stroll away, with sandy beaches easily accessible.
This modern and well-appointed holiday apartment is ideal for couples, families, or small groups who value comfort and relaxation. Two separate bedrooms offer comfortable retreats. The master bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom offers two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm).
The apartment includes two bathrooms. One is equipped with a whirlpool tub and a private sauna, inviting you to unwind and enjoy wellness. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing yourself after an exciting day at the beach or exploring the surrounding area.
The spacious living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. A wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout ensure a cozy atmosphere, even on cooler days. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a pleasant view of the water. For your entertainment, a television, radio, games, and books are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen is modern and offers everything you need for relaxed evenings of cooking. It features ample counter space and all the essential appliances and utensils for everyday cooking. Whether it's a quick breakfast or a family dinner, you can easily prepare meals here without anyone getting in the way.

A private parking space is located directly at the property. A washer-dryer and other household appliances are also available for your use. Families with children are very welcome; a highchair and a baby cot are available. Four-legged friends are also welcome upon request.
