A large, comfortable, two-story holiday home on a private, fenced property (for exclusive use of guests), with a free spa area: sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, and a cooling tub. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (with a TV, large table, fireplace, foosball table, and a double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms. The cottage features a sauna, and adjacent cooling tub and jacuzzi. Fireplace heating (wood included in the price). Wireless internet is available. There's a large, covered terrace with garden furniture.
On the private property, there's a stocked pond (for exclusive use of guests, free fishing is possible), and a garden gazebo with a barbecue and a fire pit. Secure parking is available. On the adjacent property, guests from three adjacent holiday homes have access to a children's playground, volleyball court, table tennis, Nordic walking poles, a soccer goal, and an outdoor gym. Guests can use several go-karts free of charge.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna, hot tub with jacuzzi, water, firewood, final cleaning, internet, parking, and fishing in the private pond. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
The holiday home is located in the heart of Kashubia, surrounded by dense forests, picturesque meadows, and numerous lakes with crystal-clear water. The nearest swimming area is Lake Skrzynki Duże (3.6 km from the house). There is also a diving center. In the neighboring village of Lipusz (1.5 km), there is a larger shop, restaurants, and kayak rentals (for kayaking trips on the Wda River).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
