The chalet is located in a beautiful chalet park in Afritz am See, in a stunning area in the south of Carinthia, where mountains, expansive forests, and crystal-clear lakes define the landscape. It is a delightful destination for lovers of peace, nature, and a vacation full of activities. From the chalet, you are directly at the Afritzer See, a beautiful lake with well-maintained beach areas, sunbathing lawns, piers, and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

This holiday region offers much more than just nature. The nearby city of Villach is ideal for a day trip, with charming shops, cozy terraces, and a relaxing thermal spa. The other surrounding lakes, such as the Ossiacher See and Millstätter See, invite you to swim, partake in water sports, or simply unwind by the water.

During the winter months, several attractive ski areas are within reach. Bad Kleinkirchheim, about 15 kilometers away, is known for its varied winter sports options with 103 kilometers of slopes and modern facilities, suitable for both families and enthusiastic skiers. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also easily accessible (approx. 13 km); this sunny resort offers about 50 to 55 kilometers of descents and impressive panoramas over the Alps.
