Al Bruacu – Cottage with Garden Steps from Lake Viverone

Welcome to Al Bruacu, our home surrounded by greenery in Piverone, on the Serra Morenica in a pre-hill area. The 160 sqm house on two floors accommodates up to 6 guests. You'll find a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. For your comfort, there’s Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, Smart TV, washing machine, and a small fitness area. Families with children will enjoy games and books for shared fun.



Outside, a private garden, terrace, and 2 balconies await you, offering views of vineyards and rolling hills. In the garden, you can pick herbs and berries grown on site to add a special touch to your relaxing moments.



You’ll have outdoor parking in the courtyard and a garage space with direct access to the tavernetta. Events are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all.

Just steps from Lake Viverone, enjoy peaceful walks, beautiful views, and local flavors. In about 20 minutes by car, reach Ivrea, a UNESCO World Heritage city, famous for its Historic Carnival with the Battle of the Oranges and the Olivetti typewriter. The house is also convenient for visiting Biella, known for its food and wine excellence: Menabrea, Italy’s oldest beer, and Botalla, traditional cheeses of the Biella Alps, both celebrated at the MeBo Museum, which tells the story of local brewing and cheesemaking traditions.
