The property is at the entrance to the Plateau de Millevaches, 12 km from the A20—ideal for nature lovers. Numerous marked trails for hiking, horseback riding, and cycling are nearby, including Mont Gargan (10 km). Fishing is possible at La Croisille sur Briance (2 km), Saint Germain les Belles (7 km), Sussac (12 km), or Vassivière. Local shops are 1.5 km away.



Horse owners are welcome with their animals thanks to a grazing area. Drawing and painting materials are available for art enthusiasts. A dog lives on site but will not disturb your peace.
