Located in Verchaix, Haute-Savoie, this 40 m² chalet accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a private, well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. The chalet includes Wi-Fi, a ski storage room, and a baby bed. On site, you can also enjoy a shared ping-pong table, shared pool table, and shared gym.



Outside, relax in the private garden, around the private barbecue, on the covered terrace or open terrace, all offering superb mountain views. The peaceful setting, on the edge of the forest and by the river, is ideal for recharging.



You can park in 2 shared parking spaces on site. One pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away for more activities.



The property is part of a residential leisure park established in 1984, open year-round in a quiet setting. This authentic family village is close to major Alpine tourist routes: Annecy 60 km, Geneva 50 km, Cluses 18 km, and Samoëns just 3 km away. You are 200 m from Lac Bleu de Morillon and 500 m from Grand Massif. On site: artisan bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, and food truck. Leisure facilities include a children’s playground (ages 6-12), a games room with pool and ping-pong, and a pétanque court in summer.
