Independent converted glasshouse loft in a peaceful setting. The spacious main room opens onto the garden and features a fitted kitchen area and a sofa bed. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom, separate toilet, and a study. The space is bright and comfortable.
Shops are just 200 m away: local farm produce, bakery, pastry shop, tobacconist, newsstand, pharmacy, brewery, hairdresser, car garage, and health center.
The location is ideal for exploring the Nantes vineyard, Clisson, and Vallet. Many hiking trails run through the vineyards and along the Sèvre Nantaise and Moine rivers. Heritage enthusiasts can visit local vineyards and castles.
Nantes is only 20 minutes away by train from Pallet station, a 5-minute drive, with frequent connections to the city—no traffic jams. The Grand Lieu Lake and its reed beds are about 50 km away. Puy du Fou is also around 50 km and easy to reach.
