This modern penthouse apartment (73 m²), completed in 2023, is located in a quiet area in the city center, just 8 km from Lake Constance and 10 km from Friedrichshafen Airport. The stylish holiday apartment is ideal for 2–4 guests – perfect for couples, small families, or business travelers. Dogs up to 20 kg are warmly welcome.
The bright, open-plan living area with stylish seating creates a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing. A comfortable sofa bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) with a high-quality topper ensures restful sleep. Amenities also include a modern smart TV and high-speed 200 Mbps fiber-optic internet (Wi-Fi) – ideal for streaming, remote work, or working from home.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay – from preparing a quick breakfast to enjoying a relaxed dinner. Between the living area and the kitchen, you will find a stylish dining space in an elegant black-and-white design that perfectly complements the apartment’s modern interior.
From the living area, you can access a spacious terrace with seating furniture and sun loungers, inviting you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed provides the perfect setting for a restful night’s sleep. Large wardrobes offer plenty of storage space for clothing and luggage. From the bedroom, you also have direct access to a second terrace.
The stylish bathroom features modern fittings and a spacious walk-in rain shower, creating a relaxing spa-like experience.
The building also includes an elevator and an underground parking garage, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience.
