wireless audio soundbar (Bluetooth, radio), continuous ceiling lighting with
dimmable halogen ceiling spotlights and individual LED accents. Open-concept built-in kitchen
with fridge-freezer combo (3 extra freezer drawers), induction cooktop,
oven with built-in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine,
Senseo coffee maker, SodaStream machine (carbonator for mineral water),
glass backsplash, LED under-cabinet lighting, and granite countertop. The
bedroom features a double bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 m with 2
single mattresses), a wall-mounted flat-screen TV (37 inches), and a
