and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The
sunny east-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the day with breakfast outdoors or
a relaxing drink in the evening. In the light-filled living room
, you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, an LED TV, and a DAT radio—ideal
for relaxing evenings. The dining area is perfect for shared meals and
is located right next to the open kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully
equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and
refrigerator—here you can cook to your heart’s content and treat yourself
to something special. The bedroom features a cozy double bed (160 x 200 cm) with
separate mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. The shower room with toilet
rounds out the comfortable atmosphere. Your parking space, No. 62, is located right next to
the house, and inside the building you’ll find a bicycle storage room and a
washing machine. Please note that pets are not allowed
and the apartment is a non-smoking area. The daily rate applies to up to two people;
additional guests cost 10 euros per day. No liability is assumed for
