Spacious vacation home Hüs InCa with sauna, garden and terrace in Westerland

Our vacation home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood in Alt-Westerland, which
consists mainly of bungalows and single-family homes. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet
while still leaving your car behind, because Westerland’s town center
(700 m), the kilometer-long sandy beach (1.3 km), the train station (700 m), or
one of the many supermarkets (750 m to 1.5 km) are all easily accessible
on foot or by bike. In your spacious “vacation home,” you’ll find
plenty of space to relax and unwind, Whether in the cozy sauna area
or in front of the open fireplace, in the kitchen in the morning with a cup of coffee from the
fully automatic coffee maker and the newspaper, or perhaps right away in the beach chair in the garden?
Step inside: On the first floor, you’ll first find the entryway, the fully
equipped kitchen, and the guest bathroom. The living room, featuring an open
fireplace, a large TV with a game console, a dining area, and access to the south-facing terrace
as well as the garden, is also located on the first floor. In the basement, there is a separate room featuring a sauna, two lounge chairs, and a rather unique shower that invites you to cool off after the heat of the sauna. A washing machine
and a dryer are also available in the basement. Our “red room,” featuring
an armchair and a tall double bed, lets you sleep comfortably
on the first floor at night. Also on this floor, you’ll find the
“bunk room” with a single bed (90 cm x 190 cm) and a 1.60 m box-spring bed. The
bathroom, featuring a freestanding tub and a hair dryer, is located right
next door. All bedrooms are beautifully bright and have ample
storage space; they can be darkened and are not visible from the outside.
If you’ve booked for more than 4 people, we’ll be happy to open up our
attic for you; where you’ll find the “Fairy Tale Room” with a 1.40-meter
double bed, as well as a private toilet and shower room. T-Home Entertainment and a large
LED TV in the living area, along with the free Wi-Fi network, round out the
wellness experience, For cozy family evenings, there are plenty of
books and games available, and the Wii is already set up.
Additional TVs are located in the bunk room and the Fairy Tale Room.Start your
morning with breakfast on your large wooden south-facing terrace, enjoy a
good book in your beach chair, and end the day with a barbecue at the
''Lighthouse,' our permanent stone grill. The beautifully landscaped garden is
hidden from view from the street. Of course, we’ve also thought of your car—it
has its own spot on the property and can even bring along a
friend on wheels.Coziness, attention to detail, and an absolute sense of well-being
—these things are important to us and are therefore our top priority. The kitchen is equipped with a
coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, kitchen scale
, and plenty of dishes. A large bookshelf with all kinds of
books in various genres, as well as card, board, and party games, is
always available for use, as well as a Nintendo Wii with classic games
such as Mario Kart, Avatar, and much more—guaranteeing fun for the whole family
