The villa, built in 2019, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.


Your holiday house
Your villa consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 102 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Kitchenette in the living room with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
