Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Apartementhaus, wurde im Jahr 2017 renoviert und ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit und Terrasse.

Vir. The holiday flat is located on a 275 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. 64 m² of living space, balcony and large covered terrace 22 m². You receive a key and the gate closes. Sunny in the morning, cool in the afternoon. It has an awning that can be opened and closed as needed. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
