The flat is located on the ground floor of the house and is accessible via a corridor. It does not extend over the entire ground floor, but only a part of it. The ground floor is divided into two separate flats, both of which are located on the ground floor of the family house. The owner also lives on the ground floor, however there are no further flats for rent. Only flats near the car park on the ground floor are rented. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted).
