It features 3 bedrooms (1 master with a 140x190 bed, 2 with single beds 80x190 or a convertible sofa), 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bright, spacious living area with dining space.



You’ll have a private, well-equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, microwave, fridge, cooktop, stew pot), TV, vacuum, washing machine, and plancha grill. Air conditioning keeps you cool in summer. The covered, enclosed 6 m² terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, loungers, and a green space, is perfect for family meals and relaxing. The raised location offers great sun and privacy in a quiet area near shops, bike paths, La Palmyre Zoo, and coastal attractions.
