With 82 m² of living space, Haus Ute features two bedrooms, an open-concept living and dining area with a fireplace, and two bathrooms—offering plenty of room for a total of 4 guests and 1 toddler. The lovingly landscaped, fully fenced-in garden invites you to relax and unwind, while at the same time placing you right in the heart of the action in the popular vacation town of Börgerende.

Börgerende is considered an insider’s tip among beach resorts, featuring unspoiled nature, a natural beach, and convenient amenities. Whether hiking, biking, skating, or simply swimming in Börgerende, there are plenty of opportunities for an active and varied vacation. Near your Ute vacation home, you’ll also find a horseback riding stable, a golf course, a diving and sailing school, bike rentals, and much more.

At the house: Garden with a terrace and 2 free parking spaces

Amenities: Travel crib and high chair provided free of charge; a linen package can be booked as an optional extra. (32 per person)

Dog: One small, house-trained dog weighing up to 10 kg is allowed. Please book your dog as part of your reservation. The fee is 10 per night.

As you enter your modern vacation home, an inviting front door opens onto a spacious hallway that warmly welcomes you. Light colors and large windows create a pleasant, light-filled atmosphere throughout the house.

On the first floor, the open-concept living and dining area awaits you. Here, the harmonious floor plan and the beautiful fireplace create a cozy, comfortable atmosphere—ideal for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

Both the living area and the kitchen open directly onto the lovingly landscaped garden. On the fully fenced-in property, you’ll find plenty of space for relaxation, sports, or fun and games with the whole family or friends. A convenient guest restroom on the first floor adds to the comfort of this level.

The stairs lead up to the upper floor. Here you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed, as well as another bedroom with two single beds—perfect for families or couples traveling together. The spacious bathroom on this floor offers plenty of room and features a comfortable, walk-in shower that highlights the home’s modern character.
