Bright, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay – from a luxurious king-size boxspring bed to a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and a small terrace.
The location is a highlight: right next to the university campus, with parks and green spaces nearby, while Trier’s city center is less than 10 minutes away by bus. A perfect base for sightseeing, short work trips, or longer stays in Trier.
The Space:
The studio is bright and open, designed for comfort and ease. The king-size boxspring bed ensures a restful night, while the dining area and kitchen give you everything you need to prepare meals. A Nespresso machine, pour-over coffee setup, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware are included.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, heated towel rack, fresh towels, and a hairdryer.
Step outside to the small south-facing terrace to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with an evening drink. A desk with high-speed internet makes it easy to work or study, and the 55-inch Smart TV is perfect for relaxing evenings.
A custom-built wardrobe provides storage, and a washer and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the building. A high-quality standing fan keeps the space comfortable during warmer months.
The studio is ideal for both short and longer stays in Trier. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available.
Guest Access:
You’ll have the studio entirely to yourself. Bicycles can be securely stored in the underground garage. Free parking is available on the supermarket lot right outside the building, 24/7.
Check-in is flexible and contactless via a key box. Details and the access code are sent before your arrival.

Petrisberg is a modern neighborhood in the north of Trier, offering a mix of quiet surroundings, nature, and convenient access to the city.
Parks, walking paths, and green spaces are right outside your door – perfect for a morning jog, a stroll, or a picnic. The university campus and science park are within easy reach.
Shops, cafés, and restaurants are nearby, and the elevated location offers lovely views over Trier, the surrounding vineyards, and numerous hiking and cycling trails.
Getting Around:
Many attractions, restaurants, and cafés are within walking distance. The “Behringstraße” bus stop is right outside the building, and Trier’s city center is less than 10 minutes away by bus.
For exploring further afield, Trier and Luxembourg are easily accessible by car.
