A spacious, comfortable apartment in a row house in the peaceful Ylinen Palovaara area of Ylläsjärvi Village. The apartment is part of a housing complex with 4 units, offering excellent facilities for families and larger groups.
Built in 2011, the apartment has a floor area of 75 m², plus approximately 10 m² of additional space in the loft. The accommodation is suitable for up to 8 guests. The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm wide double bed; in one of the bedrooms, the bed can be separated into two single beds. The upstairs loft has two 160 cm wide beds, which can also be separated if needed.
The well-equipped and spacious living room/kitchen provides a comfortable setting for spending time together and cooking. For relaxation, guests can enjoy an electric sauna and washroom facilities.
