In the centre of Lubmin, in a central, quiet position in the residential district, 180 m from the sea, 180 m from the beach, south-west facing position. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, large garden with lawn and trees, parking on the premises. Grocery, restaurant, bakery 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lubmin Schule" 230 m, railway station "Bahnhof Züssow" 25 km. Marina 5 km, minigolf 500 m, riding stable 900 m. Nearby attractions: Insel Usedom 25 km, Hansestadt Greifswald 20 km, Ozeaneum Stralsund 56 km, Insel Rügen 57 km.

Spacious, partly renovated in 2024, practical and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Walk-through room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the garden, to the loggia. 2 showers/WC. Oil heating. Large garden. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine (extra). Iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. When occupied by 1-2 people, the bedroom with the two single beds is closed off. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
