85 km north of Joensuu, lake Kuusjärvi 40 m (0.6801 km²), gently sloping shore. At the beginning there is a small sandy beach for small children to play on, but after that it is deep. Swimming from the end of the pier. Boat, pier with ladder.

The log cabin was built in 2007. The kitchen-living room has basic kitchen equipment. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, width when unfolded 137 cm. Wood-fired sauna, washroom, and separate toilet. The terrace has patio furniture and a gas grill. The cottage has a fiber optic internet connection.

The outbuilding was built in 2025 and has 2 beds. These are alternative sleeping places, as the maximum number of people in the cottage is 4.

Guests may bring one well-behaved dog, but please do not allow the dog on the sofas, beds, or chairs. The owner is allergic to cats, so cats are not allowed.

The cottage has its own well. The water contains some manganese and iron, which may affect the taste. The toilet has a drinking water filter, so you can get drinking water from the additional tap in the toilet.

The cottage is located in a very peaceful area. The yard is not visible to the neighbors. Only the neighbor's pier is visible from the pier.
