Your vacation rental is located on the 5th floor of the "Berolina" building and is easily accessible by elevator.

With 47 m² of space, there’s plenty of room here for up to 4 adults:

Swim in the building’s own pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis, test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation! Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

Additional Extras:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B (The two bicycles that come with the apartment are also stored there). In Building D, there is one shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

IMPORTANT—Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
