Accommodation description:
Spacious and bright 5th-floor penthouse with 2 bedrooms: one double bed and one bunk bed, ideal for families or friends. Large living room, fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. 2 large terraces, one stretching across the full width of the building. Only 25 m from the promenade, close to tram, beach, shops and restaurants.
Wifi: yes. Parking not included. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
