3rd-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms: one double bed and one with 2 single beds a fold-out bed. Spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 guests and beautiful sea views. Semi-open fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet and sunny terrace. Well maintained and within walking distance of Casino Square, shops, tram and leisure options.
Wifi: yes. Parking not included. Bring your own bed linen and towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
