Charming Gîte in Charente-Maritime, Near Beaches and Historic Sites

Just 30 minutes from the beaches of Île d’Oléron, 20 minutes from Saintes and its ancient ruins, Rochefort’s thermal baths, Marennes’ oyster capital, Royan’s seaside charm, and close to the wild coast (Ronce-les-Bains, La Palmyre), discover our characterful gîte nestled in peaceful countryside. La Rochelle is 45 minutes away, and the castles of Roche-Courbon, Panloy, and Crazannes are just 20 minutes from the gîte.



This single-story stone house is perfect for a couple. The T2 accommodation features a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and dressing area, a mezzanine (extra sleeping space for children), a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, and washing machine. Separate toilet. The open kitchen leads to the living area with mezzanine, and a large glass wall opens onto the surrounding countryside.



Enjoy many amenities: vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub, baby bouncer, and children’s toys. Free Wi-Fi.



Three doses of laundry detergent and three dishwasher tablets are provided for your stay, along with bath mats and kitchen towels. A box of cleaning products is also available.



Outside, relax in the garden with lounge area, deckchair, and barbecue. The fenced, flowered garden is over 100 m².
