Terrazza Marconi combines modern comfort with a Mediterranean atmosphere. The spaces are compact and thoughtfully designed, offering everything you need. There is a double bedroom for two adults and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, suitable for two children or one teenager. The spacious, bright bathroom features a large walk-in shower and all amenities.



Open the French doors and let your gaze wander over the blue Gulf, visible from both balconies. The elevator takes you up to the building’s solarium: suspended above the sea, it offers sunsets that paint the Gulf and fill the coast with poetry.



Just steps away, you'll find restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and the first coves for sun and sea; the nearest cove is 300 meters away, while Cala Campana is 700 meters. In summer, you can leave your car and reach everything on foot. From June to August, a parking space is available by reservation for an additional fee. If you wish to explore beyond the sea, Castellammare del Golfo is the perfect base: the Zingaro Nature Reserve is 10 km away, Tonnara di Scopello 6 km, Segesta with its temple and theater 17 km, Erice 36 km, San Vito Lo Capo 40 km, Trapani 45 km, and Palermo about 65 km.
