Families benefit from a baby cot, high chair, and a shared bike storage room. Washing machine and dryer are available after a 7-night stay.

There are two shared parking spaces at the house, additional street parking, and a communal charging station for electric cars. A golf course is a 15-minute walk away. Events are not permitted on the property. The parking area is under video surveillance.



Maximum occupancy is 5 people. Additional or unregistered guests are not allowed. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation to all guests.
