Located in Beaumont-du-Lac, in the charming village of Nergout overlooking the stunning Lake Vassivière (1,000 ha, known as "Little Canada"), this ground-floor holiday studio offers 48 m² of comfort for 2 adults and a young child. A child's bed and high chair can be provided upon request.



The accommodation features one bedroom, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a filter coffee maker (filters provided). Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV (French channels only), garden furniture, sun loungers, and a private barbecue for outdoor meals.

On-site shared parking for one vehicle is available. Parties and events are not allowed on the property.



Just 100 m from the marina and 300 m from the beach with supervised swimming in July and August. Five supervised beaches are around the lake. Hiking trails start right at your doorstep. There’s a pizzeria and fast food at the beach. You can also use a tennis court, pétanque area, and ping pong table just meters away (ping pong paddles provided). Vassivière Island with its contemporary art center, lighthouse, sculpture park, and bread oven is a must-see.



12 km from Eymoutiers, Peyrat-le-Château, or Royère-de-Vassivière, you’ll find all shops and services, including charging stations for electric vehicles.



Cleaning must be done by guests, or is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are not included; linen rental is available for an extra fee.
