The studio is furnished in the typical regional style and is functional. The property is located in a holiday complex. The residence is popular also due to its location by the water. Available for use: children’s playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. A check-out fee is payable on site (from €50.00) in the event of delays in key handover, insufficient cleaning, or missing or damaged equipment.

Your studio offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 20 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your studio can be heated with central heating. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed and A TV is available on request on site and the bunk bed can be pulled out. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and A microwave is available on request on site. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your studio is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.


Holiday resort
Reception, 1 restaurant, supermarket and launderette. The mini-market is located in the Radaelli Battery and offers everything you need to enjoy your holiday in the village with taste and wellbeing.

Regional fruit and vegetables directly from local farms, fresh bread daily, cold cuts and cheeses, as well as delicious pastries for your breakfast in your accommodation, with consideration also given to special diets such as gluten-free and lactose-free.

Not only delights for the palate, but also toiletries, so that you lack nothing while relaxing on the beach. The Bellavista dining hall is a bright and spacious setting where you can enjoy dishes prepared with authentic ingredients, taking into account not only special diets but also our guests’ food intolerances and preferences.

At the Bellavista dining hall you can book full board and enjoy our dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The dining hall is open from 07:00–09:00, 12:30–14:00 and 19:30–21:00. The Al Timone snack bar is open from 07:30 to 23:00.

The holiday village is characterised by large green areas and a beautiful pine forest surrounding it, and offers its guests various accommodation options.
