Just a few minutes’ walk from the popular Südstrand beach in Großenbrod, this beautiful, spacious 79-square-meter Scandinavian-style vacation home awaits you—a place to arrive, take a deep breath, and feel at ease. Whether you’re traveling with the whole family, multiple generations, or a group of friends—6–8 people (plus a cozy alcove) can enjoy a relaxing getaway by the Baltic Sea here. And your dog is also welcome!

The house features a well-designed layout, plenty of space, and a bright, friendly atmosphere. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light and create an open, cozy living environment.

The central living and dining area forms the heart of the house: This is where the family cooks, laughs, plays, and relaxes together.

The spacious sofa area is perfect for cozy evenings by the fireplace, while the separate dining table is ideal for enjoying culinary delights and long, leisurely evenings.

Amenities include a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a stereo system with radio, and free Wi-Fi for up to six devices.

The three bedrooms are pleasantly staggered and offer ideal spaces to retreat to; A large bedroom with a double bed right next to the spa bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children or friends. A special highlight is the cozy alcove with an additional double bed—a favorite spot for younger guests.

A crib and a high chair are available for families. After a walk on the beach—perhaps with your dog, breathing in the fresh Baltic Sea air—your private wellness area awaits: a bathtub, a private sauna, two bathrooms with heated floors, and a washer with dryer function. Here, comfort and relaxation come together at the highest level.

From the living area, you have direct access to the partially covered terrace with a garden table and chairs. Enjoy your breakfast here in the morning sun or spend balmy summer evenings with a glass of wine. Two sun loungers are available for your use. Your dog will also love the proximity to the beach and the fresh sea breeze.

The modern kitchen offers everything you need for a carefree stay: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic-top stove, microwave, and coffee maker.

Facilities:

The Holiday Vital Resort consists of two vacation villages located close to each other: Resort 1 and Resort 2.

At Resort 1, guests have access to a gym and a sports field. Here, children and adults can let off steam playing soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Right at the entrance to Resort 2, you’ll find our reception desk, a Nahkauf supermarket open daily, a bakery, and a restaurant.

A free parking space is available at each vacation home. If you’re arriving with two or more vehicles, you can also use the large guest parking lot at the resort entrance free of charge.

There’s plenty for kids to explore, too: a playground is located right at the entrance to Resort 2. Just about 200 meters away, on the way to the beach, there’s a large adventure playground nestled among the dunes. A 30-meter-long zip line, a trampoline, a play ship, slides, and various balancing challenges ensure plenty of fun.

For vacationers traveling with dogs, two portable dog fences are available at the front desk and can be rented for €49 each. Almost all dog-friendly vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with your four-legged friend, with living areas ranging from 62 to 96 m².
