Spacious Alster house in Westerland with sauna, garden and modern furnishings

The Alster Vacation Homes, consisting of the two houses Loucia and Ruben, offer a high-quality vacation home on Sylt and leave nothing to be desired.

The vacation home in Westerland, Haus Loucia, is located in a quiet residential area between Westerland and Wenningstedt. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away and is perfect for long walks and relaxing by the sea.

This spacious vacation home accommodates up to 8 people (recommended: a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children). The interior features a bright, modern design and a stylish, cozy atmosphere. Light-colored wide-plank hardwood floors, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, and three high-quality natural-stone bathrooms ensure a high level of comfort. For relaxing vacation moments, you’ll also have access to a sauna, a whirlpool tub, and a cozy wood-burning stove in the living room. In 2025, some of the furniture in the living and dining areas was also updated, giving the house an even more modern and inviting look.

The floor plan is as follows:

The basement features a large bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub, and the house’s own sauna.

The first floor forms the central living area of the house, featuring a spacious kitchen, the dining area, and the cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a shower on this floor.

On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), another bedroom with a bunk bed (140 × 180 cm, though it’s under a sloped ceiling and therefore more suitable for children!), as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The attic features another bedroom with two single beds. Due to the sloping ceilings, we recommend this room especially for children. The area is designed as an open loft.

Wi-Fi is available (subject to change).
