Villa delle Fate with private pool overlooks the Gulf of Cagliari and offers a spectacular sea view, surrounded by hills and Mediterranean vegetation within a residence. Large windows provide sea views from every bedroom and the living room. From the two terraces, furnished with a dining table and sun loungers, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the sea, as if you were on a yacht.
The private pool also faces the sea, offering unforgettable moments of fun and relaxation. The villa is a 10-minute walk from a charming pebble cove with crystal-clear water, perfect for snorkeling enthusiasts.
Guests also have access to a stunning 300-square-meter communal pool with a large sunbathing area, set amid the greenery of the Mediterranean landscape in an exclusive environment.
The renowned beaches of Villasimius are a 30-minute drive away, while along the provincial road you will find many white and golden sandy beaches, including Mari Pintau just 5 minutes away. Cagliari, the capital, is 30 minutes by car.
A security deposit is required upon arrival. The host may retain all or part of the deposit if improper use of the air conditioning is detected.
