Holiday home Villa Nicolai consists of two independent apartments within the same villa:



• Ground floor apartment – up to 9 beds – 2 bathrooms

• First floor apartment – up to 11 beds – 2 bathrooms (4 bathrooms in total)



By booking this option, you will have both apartments at your disposal—ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to stay together while maintaining separate spaces.



Private parking for 4 or 5 cars is available on the property.



The villa’s outdoor areas are shared and include a swimming pool, barbecue area, and relaxation zones—perfect for enjoying peaceful moments outdoors. The exterior also features 2 showers.



Towels, pool towels, and bed linens are provided free of charge in the apartments.



Important information: There is also a third, completely separate and independent apartment in the villa, where the owners’ family lives. Your privacy in the indoor spaces is always respected.



The owners’ presence ensures assistance and support during your stay, while fully respecting your privacy.



The guest apartments are completely independent.
