Welcome to “Sandstrand” – your spacious holiday home for the whole family.
Our family-run Haus Sonnenschein is quietly yet centrally located – only a few minutes from the beach and Binz town center.

The two-room apartment (approx. 55 m²) is located on the first floor and accommodates up to six people.
In the bedroom you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a TV, while two sofa beds in the living area provide additional sleeping space.
Large, floor-to-ceiling French windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two-plate stove, and refrigerator.
The bathroom has a shower.

Your linen package with bed linen and towels is included.
For longer stays, fresh bed linen and towels can be provided for €16 per person.

The local visitor’s tax is €3.40 per person per day.
Children up to their 3rd birthday and guests with a disability level of 100 are exempt.
