In this Haute-Loire home, you can enjoy the garden surrounded by nature and its terraces, or relax by the fireplace. Modern comforts are present while preserving the charm of a country house.
Located in a green, wooded region, this independent house—once a sheepfold—sits on a large, fully enclosed plot with a shaded area (2,000 m²). It has two spacious terraces: one at the front (25 m²) and another (38 m²) with a covered section (23 m²). A garage accommodates one vehicle, and parking is also available in the courtyard. A charcoal barbecue is provided. Two mountain bikes are at your disposal.
Ground floor: a large living area opening onto both terraces, with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, two refrigerators) and dining space, plus a lounge (corner sofa, TV) by the closed fireplace, laundry area (washing machine, freezer), separate WC, and washbasin. Baby equipment available: wooden crib, high chair, bathtub.
Upstairs: three spacious bedrooms (two 140x190 beds, three 90x190 beds), shower room, separate WC.
Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen can be rented for an extra charge. Please inform your hosts one week before arrival to reserve linen. Guests are required to clean the property before departure and leave it as found on arrival.
