Located in Calasetta, this independent 145 sqm vacation home on two levels accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, a fan, washing machine, television, and a coffee machine. Coffee capsules are not provided.



Outdoors, relax on the private balcony and the spacious open terrace. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience.



Street parking is available. Events are not permitted on the property.



The house is just steps from the main square and the marina, while Sottotorre beach is a 5-minute walk away. Everything you need is within easy reach: shops, restaurants, ferries to Carloforte, and the area’s most beautiful beaches. The property is available for weekly or customized stays.
