Located in Nanteuil, Charente, this 200 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a double room with en-suite shower and a 120 cm sofa bed, another double room with en-suite shower, two bedrooms each with bunk beds for 2 people, and a single bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine and opens onto a dining area for 10 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, workspace, baby cot, high chair, barbecue, and homemade jam.
Enjoy the private garden with covered terrace and a private outdoor pool (8.5 m x 4.2 m, constant depth 1.5 m). The fiberglass pool features built-in steps, a bench on three sides, and a safety cover. Pool heating is available for an extra fee from May to September. The outdoor area also offers sun loungers, football goals, badminton, and volleyball equipment for your entertainment.
Shared on-site parking is available for 1 vehicle. Self check-in is via key box. Smoking and events are not allowed indoors. Airport and train station shuttle services are available.
