You can easily visit the casino, luxury boutiques, boardwalk, Les Franciscaines, the racecourse, and the beach. Everything is within walking distance from the studio.
This tastefully decorated 32 m² apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Free underground parking and free street parking are available.

- a bathroom with shower and washing machine, hairdryer, and a separate toilet,
