The bright living area features a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. Central heating ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout your stay.The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease: induction hob with 4 burners, combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, Senseo and Nespresso coffee machines, and a complete kitchen inventory.The houseboat offers two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Beds are made on arrival for a hassle-free stay. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds extra convenience.Step outside to enjoy the water views from the roof terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a BBQ area—perfect for meals or relaxing in the sun.Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, pet-friendly accommodations, and fishing possibilities. Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible, and a swimming diploma for children is recommended.
