Our houseboats are in a perfect location – close to the beach, the IJsselmeer, and the charming town center. This luxury houseboat in Lemmer, located directly on and at the water, offers a unique and comfortable stay, just moments from the town centre, beach, restaurants, and popular walking and cycling routes. The accommodation covers approximately 42 m² and is very centrally located, offering easy access to local attractions while providing the peaceful experience of staying on the water.

The interior features a bright living area with a seating area, flat-screen TV, and heating, creating a welcoming space throughout the year. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob with four burners, combi microwave, fridge, coffee machines, and a kettle, providing everything needed for self-catering comfort.

The houseboat offers two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, with beds made upon arrival. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.

Outdoor spaces include a front terrace and a spacious roof terrace, both furnished with patio furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding views. 

Additional features include free Wi-Fi, pets welcome, and nearby fishing opportunities. Please note that the houseboat is not wheelchair accessible, and a swimming certificate is recommended for children.
