Your non-smoking vacation apartment 9RB5 is located on the 1st floor of Villa Isabell 1 at house no. 40 and features a balcony. The 2-room apartment measures approximately 50 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people.
In addition to the cozy living room with an open-concept kitchen, there is a bedroom and a bathroom with a corner bathtub, sink, and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (140 cm wide with a full-length mattress), a bunk bed for the third and fourth guests, and a closet. In addition, the living area features a comfortable seating area with a TV and DVD player (along with a small selection of DVDs), as well as a separate dining area. The kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and other small kitchen appliances. From the covered balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the residence and its well-maintained gardens. Effective immediately, all our guests can use free Wi-Fi.
A private parking space is not included with the apartment.
Upon request, you can rent a parking space in the “Zentrum” parking lot from us for 10.00 EUR per day.
The accommodations are located on the Klünderberg. Its gentle slope on one of Binz’s hills ensures that many of the apartments offer beautiful views of downtown Binz, and in some cases, all the way to the Baltic Sea.
