Outside, you'll find a covered private terrace with sea view, furnished with outdoor sofas and a dining table—perfect for enjoying beautiful sunrises over the sea. The property also offers a private balcony and an outdoor shower on the ground floor, ideal for refreshing after the beach.



Parking includes 1 numbered private spot on site and additional street parking. Events are not permitted.
