Welcome to Villa Blanka, a spacious and comfortable holiday villa located in Tinjan in Central Istria. The villa offers 250 m² of living space on a fully fenced 1,500 m² property, providing privacy and plenty of space for a relaxing holiday. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.



Inside the house you will also find a guest toilet, while the wellness area includes a jacuzzi, fitness equipment, and table football, as well as an additional shower and separate WC.



The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. Guests can relax by the 50 m² private swimming pool with 8 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas, or prepare meals in the outdoor kitchen with a gas grill.



The house also provides 4 bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Central Istria.



The nearest restaurant and supermarket are only 500 meters away, while the beach is about 15 km away. The charming coastal town of Poreč, located 20 km from the villa, offers beautiful historic streets, numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and lively summer events.
