The Space:
This stylish maisonette apartment is located in a separate building in the quiet rear courtyard, creating a peaceful atmosphere and offering additional privacy despite its central location.
When entering the apartment, you are welcomed by a bright hallway with high ceilings, giving the space an open and airy feel. From here you can access the cozy living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a separate storage room.
Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee in the kitchen’s dining area and ease into the morning at your own pace. A refreshing moment under the spacious rainfall shower will help you start the day relaxed, whether you are an early riser or prefer slow mornings.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) with a high-quality mattress, ensuring restful sleep. A dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and LAN connection is also available, making the apartment ideal for business travelers or remote work. Electric external shutters allow the room to be fully darkened for peaceful nights.
The living room is the heart of the apartment and offers a large, comfortable sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for two guests. Together with the large Smart TV, it becomes the perfect place to relax in the evening. Simply log into your personal accounts on popular streaming platforms and enjoy your favorite movies or series.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking, including a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all essential cooking utensils. The dining area for up to four guests is also located here and is perfect for shared meals.

City Tax (Accommodation Tax of the City of Karlsruhe)
The City of Karlsruhe charges a mandatory accommodation tax per overnight stay and per guest.
The tax amounts to:
• €4.00 per guest per night (01 January 2026 – 31 December 2027)
• €4.50 per guest per night (from 01 January 2028)
The City Tax is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
The tax applies to both private and business stays.
Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are exempt.
As accommodation providers, we are legally required to collect this tax on behalf of the City of Karlsruhe.
