The lovingly renovated Villa Sehenswert, a semi-detached home in Lauta, invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay in a peaceful setting. Access to the apartment is via the building’s shared entryway and leads up a staircase to the upper floor; there is no separate entrance. The rooms in the vacation rental are, of course, lockable for guests.

For bookings of one week or longer, a 10% discount is already included in the price. When booking for two guests, the large bedroom is available; if both bedrooms are needed for two people each, please contact the host in advance.

Guests have shared access to a garden—ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Garden furniture invites you to linger, and a grill can be provided upon request, ensuring enjoyable evenings outdoors.

Active vacationers are also well catered for: Secure bike storage is available, so you can plan trips in the surrounding area with ease. A private parking space right next to the house rounds out the amenities and ensures a hassle-free arrival.

Bicycles can be stored here, and the hostess also rents out two bicycles on-site for a fee.

For stays of seven nights or more, guests receive a 10 percent discount, which is already applied at the time of booking.

This cozy vacation rental on the upper floor of the “Villa Seenswert” semi-detached house offers approximately 60 square meters of space for up to 4 people. The heart of the apartment is the bright kitchen-living room with a large dining table, TV, and modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, stove with oven, and fridge-freezer—ideal for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Two lovingly furnished bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep: one with a double bed (180×200 cm) and another with a single bed (140×200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is available upon request.

In the garden, a fire pit invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings outdoors—perfect for socializing under the starry sky.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
