Step inside and immediately feel the relaxed atmosphere of this lovingly furnished vacation rental for up to 4 people—right on the dike, where your vacation begins. Once you arrive on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building, you’ll be greeted by a bright stairwell that leads you to your retreat.

The spacious entryway offers room for your coats and shoes—this is where the comfort that will accompany you throughout your stay begins.
From the hallway, you’ll enter the light-filled living room, which lets the sun stream in through its many windows and invites you to enjoy cozy moments.
The cozy sofa area, featuring two armchairs and a three-seater sofa, is perfect for relaxing evenings watching TV or quiet moments with a book.

The adjacent dining area is perfect for shared meals or fun-filled evenings with family and friends—and from here, you can enjoy the view of the beautiful balcony.

The open-concept kitchen in the living room is modernly equipped and offers everything you need to cook for yourself—making cooking a pleasure here.

The master bedroom exudes a soothing coziness with its warm wood tones and well-maintained carpet. The spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm) with two single mattresses ensures a restful night’s sleep, while a large closet with a mirror keeps everything organized.

The second bedroom is also decorated in warm tones and features carpeted floors for added comfort. A desk provides space for children to draw or for adults to write postcards. Here, too, a closet provides ample storage space.

The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom offers plenty of space for your morning routine and sets the tone for a pleasant start to the day.

The highlight of the vacation rental is the spacious, covered balcony: Here, you can enjoy the fresh air and the view of nature—whether it’s sunny or lightly raining.

For added convenience, a washing machine is available in the storage room in the hallway. A storage room for bicycles is located on the first floor. All rooms are equipped with exterior shutters, and your car will be safely parked in your reserved parking space.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary service and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. In exceptional cases, temporary disruptions may cause Wi-Fi or internet access to be unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.

The municipal visitor’s fee (tourist tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The visitor’s fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM” or “Check-out by 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM,” and many other services:
